My first time to CAVA and I have to report that the flavor is just off the charts - I mean off the charts along with the freshness of the ingredients. I had zero idea of the type of food served here but the general set up is similar to chipoltle meaning there is one long counter where they prep food and some cooking stations behind that, everything being prepared is visible. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I just had to for this specific CAVA location. This review is mainly because I wanted to appreciate the frontline crew. (Bryan, Olivia, Ester) These individuals KNOW how to FEED their customers, without a doubt. I’ve been to CAVA quite a few times, and specifically the Bridgewater location. Oh boy, they don’t compare to the GENEROSITY and LOVE this location at Union does. Most of the time, they skimp you out with everything (ahem Bridgewater..) Stopped by the CAVA in Union and had an awesome experience thanks to Danny. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell she actually cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Service like that makes a big difference — definitely deserves recognition. I’ll be back for sure!

I have zero idea how this location has a 4.6 stars. I travel for work and go to various other Cava locations and this is by far the worst. CAVA.....if your employees can not follow directions on order modifications either take away the option or get better staff. There's zero reason why I should request my sauces and dips on the side and so much of my order missing. I ordered Pick up to avoid standing in a long slow line for a reason.
