Was missing a bread on my sandwich I called and was promised a replacement meal. I arrived the next day only to be accused of my card declining by the most unprofessional guy in the window. How could my card decline for something I was never charged for. Do better!!

While the food is pretty good for fast food, it's the service that really stands out. The staff at this location is simply personification of a dictionary entry of customer service. Genuinely friendly and nice, providing service like you're dining at a regular restaurant. Most restaurants should take Chick-fil-A's customer service philosophy to heart.

OK, I went to this Chick-fil-A with my sister to get two milkshakes (I ordered a strawberry milkshake, and a cookies and cream milkshake) they took my order, the lady who took it was super nice, however, I sat there and waited for close to 45 minutes. We were offered a coupon for 2 complementary desserts with 2 ice cream cones, and after I said that’s not what I ordered, she proceeded to TAKE THE CUPONS AWAY :( I ended up just asking for a refund because it was easier than waiting 45 mins.

I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A, and today was no different! Very friendly staff and quick service. I only waited 15 mins to place my order and to get my food. I appreciate that there's no limit on the number of sauces.
