I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. He now works somewhere else which is great for him! I love coming here to get the best mad hatter combinations. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this loc

I have only gone to this Wake Up Call a few times. It seems that every time I patronize this location, something is wrong. I asked for a Northern Peach energy drink today. Received some messed up blueberry thing instead. As it was in my own cup, I didn't see the color difference till I took a drink. I didn't have time to go back to get it fixed. Very unhappy

Been to other wake up spots all very friendly but this one is my favorite all the employees are super nice and very personable great teamwork with great attitudes ,honesty can'tsay enough nice things about them all ,if you want something sweet sticky toffe iced coffee is my favorite and the iced rocket with an extra shot for something a little more strong less sweet
