This is one of the few dunkin' donuts places that is always been good to me and My GF. They make our stuff right we don't have to repeat it a second time. These people are very friendly and very courteous and very professional. This is one of the few dunkin' donuts I don't have to worry about the order being messed up because they're already on top of the order. More people should come to this dunkin' donuts because they're very professional not only that I had their ice cream shakes once and it was really good.

Why would you guys knowingly serve this to customers, you made it didn't you? You can see the cheese is burnt and the tortilla is over cooked. Why would you even put it in the bag? Yall just do not care or hate yalls job or something stop playing with people's food and money. Terrible!

Dunkin has a great selection of ice cream and plenty of donut options, and the fact that the store is open 24 hours is very convenient. However, the service is extremely poor. The environment is often unprofessional, with staff talking or arguing among themselves even when customers are present. This really affects the overall experience. Even though there were two employees working, the food was not prepared properly. One girl was doing all the work, while the guy wearing glasses was busy on his phone and didn’t bother taking orders or helping. The store would be much better if the staff wer

Would give zero if I could. Only been to this location twice. First time went fine no problem. Second time they get my order wrong and gave an iced coffee with pecan swirl in it. I’m highly allergic to nuts, and had a reaction immediately. Was able to get to a store across the street to get medicine so it didn’t get bad. Went back and explained what happened to the person. Was asked if I wanted it remade, told them no I don’t want it remade you could have killed me. Then spoke to a manager on the phone, and had him tell me that the pecan flavoring is artificial.
