When I say this has to be to the worst McDonalds in history they need to be investigated seriously!!! The staff is all old I literally got this cold piece of egg last time I had to go back 3 times because they coil t get it right!! The manager who works in the morning a lady like to argue you down when I was in fact correct in she had to fix my order again I’m not sure how they are still open seriously 0 out of 10 recommend.

CHECK YOUR BAGS before leaving this drive-thru! I regularly pay for TWO extra patties, but the kitchen can't seem to count. I either get ZERO extra patties or just ONE. They rarely get customizations right, which is pretty convenient for their bottom line since they keep pocketing the extra money for food they don't give you.

Placed order at 10:10 on kiosk, definitely ordered the hot cakes breakfast and didn’t receive the hotcakes. Was told by the worker I didn’t order the hotcakes, which I know I did. Wasn’t going to stay and argue because didn’t receive our BREAKFAST food til 10:50!! Same worker tried to tell me they ran out of food and that’s why my food took so long, even though they kept bringing food out to cars. On top of bringing me a Togo order I placed 15 minutes after my original order. And they got that wrong as well. Was suppose to be a steak McGriddle but they made it as a sausage McMuffin.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait 10 minutes for a regular black coffee that I placed on screen and nobody acknowledged or asked why I was waiting at the counter.
