Brandon Wigginton★Tonight on Tuesday April 14th 2026 I stopped in to get some food. The gentleman that made the first portion of the bowl was polite and friendly. There were two young ladies working at the second station on the counter and at the register. Both of them were talking very very quickly and seem to be in a rush. I was unable to understand them because they were talking so quickly and asked them to repeat and they seem to be frustrated with that. The life of a business depends on good customer service... I found this to be lacking today and I will be going to some different locations in the future.
Chris Reynolds★Ordered three steak bowls online for pickup and not only were the toppings wrong the actual amount per bowl wasn't worth the price at all. I'll stick with chipotle where it's cheaper and the food is actually worth it and they fill the bowl up.
