Huge shoutout to the McDonald’s on Wilmington Pike!! We swung through today for lunch and it was absolutely slammed… but you would’ve never known it by how calm, sweet, and efficient the young lady at the drive-thru was. She made sure our order was exact, read it back patiently, and treated us like we were the only car in line. When we pulled forward to wait in a space for a few minutes, KK brought our order out with a smile and actually asked if she could stand there long enough to make sure we received everything correctly. I honestly don’t see that level of care at most fast-food location

Waited 15 minutes for some help at service counter. New remodel is a joke can't get help when need it. When I finally got someone's attention I got an attitude from her, so I said I'll just go somewhere else to which she proceeded to flip me the bird. Awesome job. I'll never go back again.

Pains me to leave this review as this is my local location. I work across the street and this has gotten worse and worse. Today had to finally take pics and show what I have been getting the past month. Forst bite this sandwich is hard as rock and burnt. Nobody was in line at all at the location.

McDonald’s, obviously, remains successful despite a huge number of competitors, but they really need to look at their product with a discerning eye. There was a time when no one could imagine Sears going under, but it did. If McDonald’s doesn’t upgrade their restaurants and improve their food, I see a bleak future for the company. Frankly, what I ate was awful. The restaurant was unpleasant and the staff clearly disliked working there. Wake up, Ronald.
