Literally sat on line for one coffee for over 18 minutes. There were 2 cars on line in front of ours. Absolutely ridiculous. Place shouldn’t have a drive thru if they can’t service customers in a timely manner.

Went here on Tuesday July 30th 2024 with my dad at the drive through. We wanted some nice refreshing drinks for dinner with coffees. Went to the drive through, and decided on a medium Frosted Smores, and my dad ordered the mocha coffee medium. order was ready within a reasonable time frame, and employees were very nice. did get a person who was hard to understand, but that happens sometimes. Paid via the dunkin app, which probably links to the credit card, and adds points if one is a member. Got our drinks, sipped it, and i very much enjoyed my frosted smores drink, and my dad liked his mocha.

This place used to be great. The workers were attentive, understanding and seemed like they cared. Now they mess up every order I place, they NEVER stir up the coffees I have to remind them each time. Very disappointed

I was there in the morning with a friend for a business meeting We ordered a hot Medium coffee and we asked them if we can pls get a medium size coffee in a bigger cop (so it has some extra room to put in our own milk) But the Was ignoring us When we get our coffee We ask them if we can please Two big cups So he grabbed two plastic cops, But we ask them for Regular hot caps, and then he replied with an irritude. This is a favor You don't pay for it #1 customer is always right (even you had a bad day) #2 if you feel you feel we have to pay for it then charge us And BTW the coffee was cold
