Stopped by Charley’s Philly Cheesesteak in Kokomo for the first time and I dined in. The menu took a little time to digest, but I was able to decide eventually. The restaurant itself wasn’t the cleanest in my opinion, and that carried over to the restrooms as well. Employees seemed a bit dazed, both when taking my order and when I asked a follow-up question. I want to give a shout out to the two workers (Connor and Manda) that made my food today exactly as ordered, which is unusual at most places for me these days, and they also were very friendly. These are the kind of employees that still give me hope for customer service.
