don’t bother wasting your time going here. it’s impossible for them to get your order correct, even if it’s just asking for something simple like no ketchup. ordered food and that was wrong. had to go back and get the correct food. they didn’t give me the sauce I ordered either. I ask for one ranch and she tells me it’s 50¢. I said I ordered ranch and didn’t get any. she said the cashier didn’t ring it up and she’d have to charge me. You’d think if they already messed my food up and I drove back they’d be able to give me a ranch, but she “didn’t want to get in trouble” so I left without. this

Worst service I've had in quite awhile! There was a lady already waiting in line when I walked in. After 5 minutes, the girl at the counter who was filling orders finally stepped over to take our orders. Otherwise, she never even acknowledged that we were there--zero eye contact! I do have to say that the food was ready very quickly and was fresh and hot. Most of the dining area seemed clean and in good repair except for the carpet. The carpet was filthy, terribly worn, and is buckling in several places! This store has a lot of good things going on but some of the bad ones brought the overall

Order three kids hamburger meals, a spicy chicken two baconators meals a frosty and two cokes did not receive fries with the kids meals and did not receive either of the baconators. When I called to report this they knew what was missing but wanted me to drive all the way back across town to get the food they forgot.
