Went today (6/27/26) and ordered a chicken nugget meal and a $9 value box. This was an 11:23am order so should have been fresh. Not only did the chicken nuggets taste like they were cooked the day before, but the fries were cold AND I found a blue hair on the fries and a metal filing on the chicken nuggets and to top it off, we ordered a mashed potato with gravy for one side and received fries instead. I will never be going back to this location and I recommend avoiding it.

I drove here from Antioch for a 12 Piece family meal. I was giving crumbled and dry biscuits with no evidence of butter on them, two scoops of potatoes for a large side , and my thighs and breasts were almost skinless. This is unacceptable. If I wasn’t tired I would have driven back up there. I called several times no one answered.

Ordered an 8 piece chicken bucket. 12 piece chicken nuggets. Potato wedges and coleslaw for pickup. There were literally 6 nuggets in the bag, 2 barely qualified as a nugget, they were microscopic. Shorted the potato wedges. Went back in. Person working the counter rolled their eyes so loud you could almost hear it. Not even a lame apology for screwing up the order. Just unbelievable!

Haven't had KFC in quite a while, but went back for the Supergirl promotion. Every time I've visited, the service has been great and the food has been hot and fresh. All the people that I've interacted with have been so kind!
