Little Bit of Heaven Miniatures★★★★★Let me start by saying we came for the meatloaf...My husband cant eat seafood because he has an allergy and he doesnt eat chicken. He eats the meatloaf and after sitting waiting on food for a bit we were told no meatloaf. Hubby was disappointed but the Manager Claire quickly found him another choice..not that he couldn't find one on his own but because she cared he was taken care of. Our experience was pleasant and we will be back and give them another chance just because someone took the time to make an upsetting issue into a more pleasant one. Thanks Claire!
Jorly Mendoza★My family and I visited this Cracker Barrel recently, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. After being seated, we waited several minutes without anyone greeting us or taking our drink order. During that time, my children even raised their hands trying to get someone’s attention, but no one came to our table. What made the situation more frustrating was that multiple servers walked by, appeared to notice us, and still did not acknowledge us. A customer who was seated nearby after us was greeted almost immediately, while we continued waiting without any communication. Eventually

I was told after I ordered and the food was brought that I couldn’t order off the early dinner menu so they brought more food than I wanted. The baked chicken had a seasoning I could not eat. I told the waitress it did not taste good and I did not eat it. I also told the person who checked me out. No one offered to get me anything different. I usually love Cracker Barrel but this seasoned baked chicken was not good.

Just one thing please please Cracker Barrel stop acting like that ice and napkins are almost out of stock...I dislike warm tea and only one napkin so so much., I'm sure that I'm not alone when it comes to more ice in our tea and please a few more napkins on the table.
