This is a challenging drive thru to get around in if you have a big vehicle. If someone is pulled forward waiting on an order and cars are parked on the side, it is a tight squeeze to get through. Our food was just meh, and service was basic blah. Not my favorite Wendy's location.

By far the nastiest Wendy's I've been to.... and I travel alot. The front register lady was very nice, though. I dont get it. Place was disgusting, but people seemed nice.

The cashiers have the worst attitudes. The food is unsatisfactory. They get mad I you ask for condiments. We had to pull up and wait on nuggets and you would think that everything in the bag would be fresh, but no! Fries were very cold and even the very thing we were waiting on was almost cold. They need new management at this location or train the cashiers better.The Whitesville rd location is the best one. The one by the mail would be my 2nd choice. Unfortunately, the one on Vernon is the closest to me.

Man them folks were terrible it took them almost 30 minutes to come take me and my child order. Then they gave us some old cookies the burger was cold and my fries were cold as well 😔. They have to do better then about 4 of the employees had took cigarettes break 😞 I know they saw all this on camera. Plus one guy say he works there was in the back just say I won't be going back there anymore.
