ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I got home and only had 2 slice and of bread on my sandwich. I live 14 minutes away so this is such and inconvenience. I called and let them know, they stated i must have went somewhere else, and that there was nothing they could do after giving them my order and receipt. Absolutely insane to say the lease. Might as well go to Popeyes or another surrounding fast food restaurant in the area to avoid the headache, bad service and inconvenience!!!

There is no AC, we came with our kids and after a couple of minutes you could feel extremely heat in the dining room our faces got red from the heat inside. I cannot believe how the employees can survive working in the terrible environment. Specially being near the grill and the fryer. Corporate needs to fix this issue or they could face with a lawsuit any minute. The soda machine has no ice and you only have a couple of choices to drink. I am surprised how even in this extreme heat the employees work fast and are able to be friendly even when it’s obvious how difficult it must be to work here

This location looks clean . The person at the Drive thru was patient, helpful and nice as I ordered. She seemed knowledgeable about the menu . The food was warm. The burger was disappointing, very dry with not much sauce on it for me being the only one in line, that type of night. . I would go back but might have to ask for extra sauce or condiments.

This is likely the worst Jack in the Box I have visited, as the staff repeatedly cursed loudly while talking and showed little consideration for customers. Andrea, I believe that's her name, was the one cursing and doing so very loudly. A person from the drive-through also said the person in the background was being rude.
