Dykon in Stony Brook is absolutely amazing and easily one of my favorite spots. It is family owned, and you can really feel the care, pride, and attention that goes into everything they make. Their bubble tea is the best, with great flavors, perfect texture, and drinks that always taste fresh. Casual dining spot, welcoming atmosphere with friendly service. Tried the lemongrass tofu vermicelli bowl which was good (8/10). The grilled chicken garlic noodles were not what we expected, more cheesy than saucy but pretty good (7/10). The banh mi fries were good especially covered in sauce which was delicious. Also tried the potato twist which was a little bland on its own but great with sauce. I had the passion fruit tea which I enjoyed and my girlfriend liked her hazelnut mocha Vietnamese iced coffee.

Absolutely one of my favorite spots for Vietnamese food and drinks! The menu has so many great options, and everything I’ve tried has been incredibly fresh and flavorful. The ube cloud matcha is truly out of this world, something I keep coming back for. The banh mi chicken sandwich is always a winning choice, crispy, savory, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. On top of that, the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. This is hands down my go to place for local Vietnamese food. Highly recommend!
