I stopped by with a friend for coffee and dessert at this cozy spot located in a small private plaza off North Florida Avenue. The shop features an urban, stylish décor with unfinished floors and elegant golden touches. We chose to enjoy our coffee inside rather than take it to go because we wanted it served in ceramic cups instead of plastic to-go cups, and the staff was more than happy to accommodate us. We love their coffee. The space is large with room for all sizes of groups and lots of counter seating. I wanted a cold brew with sweet cold foam and they do not do cold foam, that was a surprise as I thought it was available at every coffee shop. Then I learned quickly that they do not take cash when I handed them bills to pay for my coffee and pastry. Oh well. I still enjoyed my late morning snack I highly recommend the brown sugar poptart.

Best coffee in Lakeland, especially love the iced caramel cappuccino! The housemaid syrups are great, and for me half sweet is usually plenty. 4 because I think they need to step up their pastry/food game since they offer it at all, and sometimes the staff could be friendlier.
