I ordered a $14 bacon burger with lettuce, pickles, and tomato for pickup. What I received was a burger with cheese and absolutely none of the other toppings I actually asked for. So apparently my order took a hard left turn somewhere between the register and the grill. I also ordered one large Cajun fry and one large regular fry because my wife loves the fries (Cajun fry). What we got was basically one large regular fry split into two bags, which is a bold new interpretation of portion control. The real kicker: I even tipped 10% on a pickup order. Watch out they will add an automatic $5 tip without your consent. Why do we need to tip fast food workers? It’s not freaking chillis. The food is already expensive then you add a tip without us knowing until we get the receipt is actually crazy.the manager refunded but kept insinuating that I had to have pressed the tip button when I only tapped my card I didn’t even touch the machine.

EVERY SINGLE TIME that I order a burger at this location, there are onions on it when I don't ask for them. EVERY TIME! I'm guessing the you have the onions right next to the lettuce, so they get dropped in with it and wind up on your burgers. It's bad enough that I've never ordered a burger with lettuce that didn't have onions and I've eaten here 5 or 6 times. Please, for the love of people with allergies, be more careful about this.
