Seriously KFC?? Sweet “Famous Bowl” more like a lamous bowl… what a waste of time and money. Spoke to the manager and he agreed “it looked like crap”. He got me a fresh one that looked better with more chicken. I appreciate that. KFC ya’ll need to put some money into this location. Not sure how it even passes inspection or why people dine inside. After going into this location for the first time to resolve this issue, I’ll no longer be spending money at this location. Never knew it looked so bad in there. Horrendous!!

I already reviewed but someone took it down so I'll try again. The service was blah. The food was blah. A chicken place with no cooked chicken.You order from the spp, you go to pick it up and they "don't ?have this or that "They will give you what they have and charge you for it AND they "can't refund anything on the app." Save yourself time, money, and disappointment...go somewhere else. This place has nothing to offer..dont know how they make any money.

Unit manager is outstanding woman. I am a senior and had the app except did not know to to use it. She helped me access the fine in section to make my order. Also ,upon arrival the 3rd time she helped me once again. She goes above and beyond to strive in helping new guests. The food is always hot and delicious, correctly served on my tray. If you have not been to this location the staff is polite and friendly

I know i shouldn't complain about a fast food place but, I PRE ordered and paid on the app for a bucket meal for two hours ahead. I get to this KFC on time and they tell me they have no chicken! Someone just came and ordered a lot and I have to wait 15 minutes. I said but I pre-ordered why is it not ready for me? and the Mgr. LURIE states that they're having a special and they sold a lot and I can wait or they'll give me a refund. Never said sorry or offered me a drink or anything. I just waited, but had time to write this but still haven't been served. He acted like it was my fault. Never co
