It’s been quite a while since I’ve had to leave a negative review, but unfortunately my recent visit to Blazing Onion at the Lynnwood Mall location was very disappointing. Our group spent $100 on four meals — three burgers and an order of chicken strips — and the experience fell far below expectations. All three burgers arrived barely warm, and one in particular was especially off-putting: the outside was overly crispy while the inside remained pink. I was charged a 50% tip without my knowledge / being asked. I walked up to counter and no worker was there to take my take out order. I needed to wait minutes and peek my head out to look into the restaurant to see if a worker would notice me. The server Jillian B. was sitting at a booth near the kitchen probably with another employee chatting then she saw me and walked up front to the counter. I ordered spicy cajun fries $5.99 and the serving amount looks smaller than usual. Took the family out for Mother’s Day lunch and it did not disappoint! The burgers are to die for, our bartender Shannon was wonderful and made our drinks to perfection! Highly recommend and will be back for more!

The waitress was nice. The burger was good, but not what I ordered. She took the order correctly. The cook kept my bacon. 😢 The onion rings were bland, but crispy. You have to sit in the bar to get service, otherwise it is computer ordering.
