The servers are always friendly, especially when you're a regular. They always remember us and it's very welcoming. The food is always delicious. I love the French toast the most. You can make any substitutions and changes and they always are kind about it. I have ordered a grilled cheese despite it not being on the menu anymore and they always accommodate me. They are open 24/7 so you can come eat anytime.

Appetizer Sampler/Disappointment -- Recently went to IHOP after graduation and ordered the appetizer sampler. Food arrived (45 minutes wait with an empty dining room) with mozzarella sticks buried under my food to hide mozzarella sticks that were broken and empty of cheese. Two mozzarella sticks had the cheese oozing completely out, but one had absolutely no cheese inside. When asked for a replacement I was informed that most mozzarella sticks "come out that way all the time" and that there was nothing that could be done except for maybe see if the manager would be willing to *possibly* make a

Yvette provided outstanding service during our visit to IHOP. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we sat down. edit: we were ignored for about an hour total, and our server left us with the iPad and never came back. (pictured below) our server, Estevan, was extremely rude not only to us but to his coworkers. He was extremely dismissive towards us, and shoved past one of the other servers multiple times while ignoring her when she tried to talk to him. Mind you, it was us and one other party in the entire restaurant. I don’t really care when someone is rude to me as a customer, but to treat your coworkers like that is really bad.
