They do make good donuts and sandwiches but they definitely feel like they don’t put the love in the food anymore. I still purchase their sandwiches from there. They’re pretty good. Also, I wish that the staff would be more friendlier and more happy when customers come in.

Gave me 4 WRONG out of the 6 donuts that I ordered through delivery! I don’t eat chocolate donuts 🍩! This is what I ordered! This is what I got! I know you know better! If you didn’t have what I ordered available then leave it out so I can get a refund but don’t PURPOSELY put the wrong donuts in my box! Did you know I’m allergic to anything chocolate ?????????? I ordered a half a dozen of muffins and all I received were burnt carrot muffins. They were disgusting. I have never received such poor service from a Winchells before. I am very disappointed. Never again will I order from them.

Wasn’t the best experience. I thought they had chili dogs but noticed it said donuts. Since I stopped I went in. Staff didn’t seem happy to be there. Donuts were okay but it looks a bit worn out.
