I was so impressed today at this location. I have worked in fast food, and obviously enjoy it my self. So when I say this was the best service I've ever seen, its a lot. I walked in needing to just get drink and fries and out of the heat for a moment. When I saw a Crew of 6 healthy men in line together, I figure it was going to take a long time. Waited over an hour in the drive thru for them to forget items in my order and get cold soggy onion rings and chicken stars. As someone who works in customer service I understand holidays can be hectic. We were beyond patient. After waiting over an hour for an incorrect order it becomes unacceptable. Id kindly ask yall to do better because tonight was beyond ridiculous! I will NEVER return to this location. Beyond ridiculous!

I stopped in Bullhead city Arizona to use the bathroom and I’m get a bite to eat. My server Julie was the best ever! I was having a problem with the app and she knew exactly how to fix it. She was very patient and had a smile on her face the entire time. Normally, I get so stressed out with these things, but With her help, I had a wonderful experience.

We've been going to the Carl's Jr in Kingman, which is always good. This Carl's Jr. stinks compared to that one. The fries were stale, and the burgers tasted like they had been under the heating lamps for an hour or so. Don't bother doing the survey they send you if you've had a bad experience. No one will get back to you. Waste of time.
