Every time I visit at night, it’s a hassle. I understand that employees want to finish up and go home, but customers shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience during posted business hours. On my most recent visit, I ordered a Deluxe Box and was told there was a five-item limit because they were close to closing. They counted every item inside the box toward that limit and then refused to let me add an extra drink because I was supposedly over it. The employees who work the night shift are beyond unprofessional and incompetent. Zero professionalism whatsoever. Heard an employee crashing out at someone over the headset before they could even order. Items are almost always wrong and even though the place is supposed to be open until 2AM, they choose to close it whenever they please if they get too many orders to handle (which apparently for them is like 4 orders). Highly recommend taking a couple extra minutes to drive to literally any other Taco Bell, this one will leave you with nothing but bad food and an unpleasant experience.

A BREAK UP LETTER TO TACO BELL. Dear Taco Bell, I know it might seem insignificant or petty, but whoever works the night shift here keeps putting sour cream inside the enchirito. I'm pretty sure it has always gone on top. Not sure why I like it on top, but that is where the sour cream belongs. The food quality has really suffered the last couple of months. It seems like they use a quarter of the normal portion size. I also ordered a grilled cheese burrito with extra meat and extra sour cream but my burrito had very little of either.
