Order was taken correctly, the food was great, I had everything I needed. Smiling and speaking to customers like they are not a job, means that you brought a piece of humanity to the table. However, other family members told me how good it was & they were not wrong! It was absolutely delicious (they even put slaw on the sandwich!) I will never order any other sandwich from Cook Out again EXCEPT the barbecue! Of course, all the other food was delicious as well as promptly and correctly made! Employees are always friendly & help to make the visit an all-around great experience!
Dillion Peterson★Well, I ordered the big double burger with mayonnaise, mustard, jalapeños, lettuce and tomatoes tray with onion rings and cole slaw. Well I got 5 little, over cooked onion rings. And instead of jalapeño on my burger I got green bell pepper. The provided no spoon or forks and didnt give us straw with our drinks. Horrible experience. I will not be back
