I had to wait an hour and a half to pick up my online order that said it was ready. During that hour and a half not one person showed up at the window. The pizza was horrible and cold when we got it. I did notice the receipt had the actual time of when the order was placed not when it was rang up. Fishy? We decided to try again 2 weeks later and sat in the drive-thru for 45 minutes. Felt like a repeat of last time with no one coming to the window again so we just left and went down the street to Johnny Ray's. I scheduled my order for 6:00 and it was fresh and hot and ready to go on time. I got there a little early and add some cheese sticks and they were very kind and got them in the oven right away. I always have the best customer Service at this Pizza Hut!

Had an issue with my order but staff, especially Cory (sp?), was super nice and fixed my order. And did several confirmations to get it right again. All checking up on me while I waited and giving me updates on the stages of the pizza.
