I’m disappointed with how Swig handled a serious quality issue. I ordered a drink through DoorDash from the Swig American Fork location and requested no ice with frozen mango. The drink arrived with ice, no mango, and there was a bug inside the drink (I provided pictures). I reached out to Swig expecting some kind of resolution because this was a Swig product made at a Swig location. Whoever was working drive 3/11 @ 240-3p was AMAZING! We had a large order and he handled it with efficiency and good energy! He was so friendly and knowledgeable on the drinks to help support what we were looking for! I will recommend this location going forward solely to see his smiling face and fun energy!! The pricing isn’t transparent and honestly the flavors and service have gone downhill. But really it’s not the hard, if you order a mixed drink, show the price for that drink. Don’t be misleading with gotcha pricing and have us manually calculate it. You seem to just be like the other the typical opportunistic and misleading companies that Utah is known for. This isn’t hard. Fix it.

We love this place and are frequent customers… On this particular occasion we were at the Lehi location. My daughter accidentally spilled her ice water right after they handed it to us- they kindly replaced it. When I saw my soda had been made wrong, they apologized, made it again and even upgraded the size! (to my surprise and delight!!) Fantastic service!
