We had an issue with our order the other week. We called and spoke to Ciara. She was wonderful, apologized and said our next meal was on here. I came back tonight and reordered the meal and she covered like she said. Claudia took our order and was so very polite and pleasant. It was great service, the best I've had in a long time.

I ordered thru drive thru Sat 3/28. Big Cheesy Deluxe Meal for $16.49 with the deal to get a king deluxe fish sandwich both extra lettuce and sauce and a medium coke no ice and asked for it FRESH. The customer service was mediocre at best. Cashier asked me to pull up and gave me a coke WITH ICE. I was so tired-had been up 25 hours and wanted good hot food then bed. I didn't say anything about coke. Well, other worker brought food to me TWO MIN later. Was it fresh? HELL NO. Went in store to pour out drink and get the coke with no ice and asked for 2 honey mustard sauces. Food obviously was not

The food once received was excellent and fresh. Entered the drive through gave my order took much longer then normally expected for Arby's. Once I pulled away we were missing a sandwich checked receipt, was never Entered. Went inside to place order and there were several customers waiting for their food all frustrated on turnover time. Again waited awhile for my missing sandwich and once back to my car my meal received previously was already cold. Overall the cornbread sandwich and turkey bacon ranch were very good, just wish they had more or faster kitchen staff.
