My dad ordered a new chicken sandwich, but it was absolutely disgusting. He described it as tasting fake, rubbery, and chewy. When he tried to tell the manager about his unpleasant experience, the manager seemed completely indifferent and still charged my dad for a whopper so he wouldn’t have to look at that disgusting sandwich.

You gotta snag the coupons they put in the mail for the 7.99 for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries. So much food for a low price. The cashier also gave us back the coupon after using it, and I don't feel bad about going back and using the same one again, but I do not know if she was supposed to discard it or not. BK's fries are really hit or miss sometimes, but I have generally had a good experience here! [Snag the deals!!]

i ordered a western cheeseburger, and a whopper meal w cheese, both had no cheese so that was kind of disappointing, also its a 5 min drive home and and the burger and fries were already cold :( we usually love this place but i think this is a sign we shouldnt go here anymore.
