I think this Wendy’s the worst around. Went here three times with same meal with three bad experiences. First time I ordered chicken nuggets they threw in two large fries no nuggets. Second time around they gave me spicy nuggets and didn’t switch them. The last time they gave a lg drink with 80 percent ice when I said no ice. I’m done with fast food joint. Never again. Zero stars for them.

I want to take a moment to give positive feedback for Mngrs Savannah and Douglas who are both excellent! Always pleasant, professional, helpful and customer oriented to correct something or even to make something right if it is called for/ reasonable. It is SO refreshing and a relief to see for not only the owner of this Wendy’s restaurant but also the owner’s customers who certainly at this point deserve some decent, kind, and quality employees like Savannah and Doug who work hard, care about their job and are always trying their best to treat the customers in a fair, pleasant, non abusive,

We had lunch at Wendy’s, 23 Commercial Rd in Leominster Mass and had a really great time. My husband, brother and their Mother and I spent the day getting her ready for the upcoming snow storm. It was crazy busy at the grocery store. We needed a quick place to stop for lunch that had varying food options for different diets . I ordered with the app and everything was ready and correct when we got there. The dining area was clean, nice tables and chairs. We were greeted and connected with a wonderful manager named Nadine, who I’d like to say made this visit special. She really made us feel care

Ordered ahead and arrived 15 minutes later via drive thru. No other customers in line except random cars idling all over and in the way of customers entering the lot and after 5 minutes, I was asked to pull up or wait another 7 or or so minutes because the fries weren’t done. Worker brought my bag out, I drove 15 minutes home and guess what? NO FRIES!! I call back to request a refund but told I can just come in and get them or get the money.
