Love having a full service Starbucks inside the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe. Staff here were very friendly, and every employee greeted me when I walked in. Order was accurate and the place was clean and well stocked. I received my drinks quickly. The barista even offered me a carrying tray for my multiple drinks, which doesn’t happen very often. Since this is a full service Starbucks, it has everything you need. Large parking lot outside so if you’re not staying in the hotel, you can hop right in. Went here every morning for my stay. Enjoy!

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at the Starbucks inside the Marriott at Glenpointe in Teaneck, NJ. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and have visited this location multiple times. I have ordered the same drink here coffee in my personal cup with oat milk on the side many times without issue. The only difference this time was that my order was handled by the manager, Vincent. From the start, his attitude was nasty, hostile, and condescending. He insisted I pay over $4 for a small splash of oat milk in a short cup something no other Starbucks has ever req

I’ve been coming here for years, and the quality is often a little lower in terms of service and the actual drinks than a typical Starbucks, but lately the quality of the coffees has been really terrible. I had a cold brew with cold foam last week where the cold brew filled less than half of the cup and the cold foam filled most of the other half, with quite a bit of empty space as well. I could barely taste any coffee. Then today I had the weakest hot coffee I’ve ever had at a Starbucks in my life. It was almost undrinkable. Very disappointing.
