Very disappointing experience. We dined with 2 adults and 4 children, including a 1-year-old baby. The restaurant automatically added nearly 20% gratuity to our bill, which already felt excessive. What made it worse was the service. After our food was delivered, the server never came back to check on us, ask if we needed anything, refill drinks, or make sure everything was okay. Our new favorite spot for Vietnamese in Lincoln. We were in town and thought we would try a new place out for a simple dinner. Amazing service, with a clean and relaxing atmosphere. The soup came out hot and delicious. We love authenticity, no short cuts here. Besides basil and bean sprouts, they also added another green that was subtle in flavor and crunchy. I definitely liked it and recommend adding it to the soup. The appetizer of crab Rangoon was also really good. And what a fun shape to the wonton. Such a great place-we will definitely come back again!
