The restaurant is always pretty clean and with minimal wall decore. The menu has changed with many items discountinued as others are added. I had a philly cheesesteak that on its own is pretty good to my surprise. I had with a french bagette vs the regular bread it comes with. Check it out for yourself.

Very disappointed in this Panera. I order from here often and always order the Green Goddess Salad (which I think is overpriced to begin with) and ask for dressing. Each time I have received containers with the dressing however the containers aren’t even filled a decent amount. If you look at the picture you will see that there is just enough to coat the bottom of the container. This was for both containers of dressing. Both containers combined is not even equivalent to one entire container of dressing. It’s not even enough to cover the surface of my salad. There’s also expired/rotten tomatoe

Had a difficult time finding a semi clean table to dine on. A few of them had dirty dishes left on them. The other tables clearly needed to be wiped down from previous diners. The hour spent here these dishes were still there when I left. During a pandemic I expected better from the staff. Not likely to return to this location.

This Panera is the best Panera on Long Island, hands down. What really sets this location apart from the others is the staff--the manager, assistant managers, and all employees display considerable professionalism and caring on a level that is rarely seen in this business. I love coming here and having a great experience all the time. Honestly, the only downside is the one issue beyond their control--the prices. If the corporate part reduced the prices of everything, without sacrificing quantity and quality, this place would surpass five stars for a business such as this.
