I have a few things to say about this Pizza Factory location: 1) it does need an interior design update! I wish it felt more warm and welcoming. It looks plain and boring. 2) it smells like sewer SO bad by the bathrooms, which lingers in the building. Not what you want to smell at a restaurant! Their breadsticks are delicious and the highlight of the meal. They are so softy, doughy, and have such great flavor. The dipping sauce options are great too. We did half Alfredo and half marinara. My recent visit to Pizza Factory was quite enjoyable. The pizza had a good mix of cheese and toppings, providing a tasty experience. The salad bar was decently stocked and maintained although it didn't stand out as much. The dessert, with a cookie bottom, was a sweet treat, and the efficient service added to the positive atmosphere. I want to give a special mention to the great drink selection at Pizza Factory. My husband and I came at the recommendation of our car dealer over at Brent Brown Toyota. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable atmosphere, tall ceilings, and cozy feel. I don't come here often because it's a 40 minute drive each way if there's light traffic but I stopped by yesterday & was so glad I did. Everybody loved their food-bread twists, pizza, calzone, & salad. It was my first time getting it to go & the employees were so nice! Everything tasted phenomenal and I had a well-fed family. I can't wait to come back!
