Had the wreck and it was delicious. Walked in and you order in one spot, slide to the left and add toppings then hit cashier. Sub was quickly made, staff walked me through it because it was my first time. Ingredients were tasty and the bread was soft and toasted. Sat outside and people watched. Will return!

The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive. I ordered a skinny chicken sandwich combo. Comes with a drink and chips. My friend ordered the PB&J sandwich with a drink. The chicken sandwich was tasty with all the fixins. The place has a variety of goodies on the menu besides sandwiches. Potbelly has shakes and cookies. The place is spacious. So, plenty of seating. Got there at opening and apparently, they have 2 doors. This was my first time at this location, so I didn't know. a few minutes past opening I tried to open the door, which was locked, so I waited outside. Someone finally came to open the door, but apparently the other door (side door) was already open. The older lady making the sandwiches was rude. I would describe her as someone who talks more than she listens and then assumes the customer's order for them. She spoke too fast and seemed to be rushing me.
