People that work here are completely incompetent. 1st time I went here they told me they had no flavors for coffee. Second time the server didn't understand what i was asking when i asked for what coffee flavors they had. Third time I ordered a black ice tea with blueberry syrup and sugar, and once i brought it home i was given BLACK COFFEE with Blueberry syrup. Obviously this place doesnt know how to take drink orders. The young girl with glasses almost didn't give me my change full change and would have sorted me $3, until I said can I have my change it was given. Im going to Aroma Joe's dow

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. Every time I come here I’m astounded by how incompetent the service is. I order directly off the menu that I am looking at and I’m almost always told they can’t do that/they don’t know what I’m asking for. Idk how to be more clear than go read off of the menu, so I usually just end up asking for an iced coffee and leaving. Or they totally get my order wrong. I have much better luck and get much better service just going to Bedford, even though this location is technically a walkable distance from where I live.

If I could give 0 stars I would the service was terrible I pulled up to the window I was greeted by a woman with an attitude who just said “What” really snarky, I then pull up to the window I was handed my coffee and then told have a good day the guy forgot my hash browns so we let him know he then came back to the window handed the hasbrowns and as we were telling him the coffee was wrong he shut the window in our face so then we honked the horn to get his attention he then still proceeded to walk away, I then walked inside to get my coffee corrected while the girl was on her phone and ther

I don’t ever typically write reviews, but I’m a Dunks lover through and through and I get a coffee every day. This is the Dunkin’ Donuts that’s closest to me, but I will drive to Bedford because every single time I’ve got a coffee. The cream ratio is never right and I just taste off. I would love if someone could fix the calibration of their cream machine so that I could conveniently come back to this dunks. Reach out if you do!
