Received 2 subpar salads with old damaged salad greens and bruised and brown apples without a single blueberry in sight. Even the fries were cold 5 minutes later. To add insult to injury, this location doesn't permit you to address the problems in the app, but instead wants you to phone in with your problems. Good luck with that. What was perfect? The lemonade and strawberries (on the salad) which really isn't enough to constitute dinner at all.

I’m really disappointed with this location. I recently ordered a Chicken Cool Wrap from the location on Highway 138, and it was delicious, so I came here expecting the same quality. However, when I ate the wrap the next day, I noticed there was barely any chicken in it. The two pieces of chicken you see in this photo are literally all that was in the wrap. I left a message and am waiting for someone to call me back about remaking it, but honestly, this is unacceptable. I can’t believe someone thought that amount of chicken was acceptable for a $9 wrap.

This location needs to seriously needs to work on their efficiency and speed. I normally go through the drive through and this location for whatever reason would 80% off the time always get my order wrong by adding pickles on my order when I tell them NO pickles and I live 3 miles away and yes I have driven back. But with a newer location now 9 miles away in the other direction I now can go there if needed. You shouldn't have to wait after your asked to park and watch 3 cars after you get their food while you wait for a simple number 1 deluxe.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A location. There seems to be a lack of structure and management, and too many employees appear to be socializing instead of focusing on their work. I placed my online order 30 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, my order had not been prepared. To make matters worse, no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was waiting. I had to stand there until someone finally took care of my order. I’ve come to expect better customer service and organization from Chick-fil-A. Hopefully, management addresses these issues so future custom
