Employee named DOUG is so rude has no customer service skills . I asked to use restroom instead of politely say customer can only use one restroom he responded so rudely arrogantly. Manager has to work on this dude’s customer service skills and especially tell him to bring smile on his face .

Stopped here for some coffee while walking around South Livermore. I saw that they had Havana Cappuccino (that has cinnamon and condensed milk in it). I figured I would try it out as it was something I have never had before. I wasn't sure what to expect but I guess it was a little underwhelming, though I was still glad I tried it. At least now I know that it is not something I would try again. My husband just had latte but he was underwhelmed as well. At least we had the chance to try out Peet's Coffee. (This visit was almost four months ago)

I normally do not care how awkward I am, but this place made me feel so out of place. I'm not racist. I'm not antisocial, but I open the door and everybody stared at me. I was the only colored person in there like I said, normally I do not care about that, but when everybody gives you a dirty look and nobody helps you. That just makes everything completely awkward. I didn't know where the heck to order my drink. And I asked the guy and he stared at me, and he's like, I guess I could help you over here. There was no line I was trying to figure out what drink it was that I was looking for luckil
