Most rude staff I've ever dealt with. This is why I try to go to the 5 mile location on Redford over this one, because never once have we been treated with kindness or real customer service. The most mean people when met with friendly customers. Always get the worst food and worst service from this location. This will be out last time. Never again. The chicken was cold and old. The order was incorrect, every potato wedge was deflated and hard in a large order, the gravy for a large side was enough for a small. The only thing that was good was the biscut. Felt like this was done on purpose even

I ended up coming to this location after the Redford location on 5 Mile refused to make any more chicken because they were closing in about an hour, which was disappointing. Thankfully, this location completely turned things around. The staff was professional, they had plenty of chicken available, and the service was fast. My food came out hot, fresh, and tasted great. I really appreciated the difference in customer service here. This is how it should be done—definitely a much better experience.

First time in this location. Got my order wrong. When I pointed it out to fix it, they got it wrong again. At that point I just ate. Food was fine. Young kid behind the counter was pleasant and trying hard. Just missed the mark a bit

This is one of the best KFC around if the manager that cares is working. Today was not that day 1st thing is got yelled at while ordering my food then proceeded to get a uncooked biscuit,fries and chicken it also smells like turkey wich makes no sense made the call to not eat it so I don't get sick sad cause the normally kill it.
