This was one of the most unnecessarily rude drive-thru experiences I’ve had. We asked for a moment to decide, and within seconds the employee repeatedly interrupted us in an impatient tone, as if we were taking too long—even though there was no line at all. "LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU'RE READY. ARE YOU READY? ARE YOU READY? ARE YOU READY?"no pause. just like that. Latest visit... We stopped in to dine indoors at this location. It was Preidents Day at about 6:30 pm. No other customers in restaurant. We each ordered our food via the app at the same time from the parking lot before walking in. We found the employees to be very busy socializing amongst themselves while preparing a DT order. 2 of our orders were ready fairly quickly but the third took an additional 5 minutes as the workers "forgot" about the order which was just 2 taco supremes and a nacho. I had high hopes for this taco bell since they are no longer affiliated with KFC. I figured since they reopened that maybe the orders would be more accurate now. Wrong. Ordered a Quesarito tonight and there was no cheese on it at all. Just meat and some dry rice folded up in a tortilla. Very disappointed. I'll have to go back to giving my business to the Joliet locations.
