What a joke of a place. I feel bad for Lodi because it only has 2 of these locations but the wait time is just ridiculous. The workers are only able to focus on one order at a time, which would make sense for literally any other industry, but fast food?! There’s no reason to be waiting 30+ minutes in line for a burger and fries. YOURE NOT REINVENTING THE WHEEL!! Just be more efficient!! EDIT: as if it could not get any worse. First of all, the inside dining area was very clean and the crew was attending to all aspects of sanitizing all areas. Food, 1st time to try both Smash Burgers, husband really liked the double bacon and I opted for the single, no onions and it was great. Will definitely be stopping here for future Jack in The Box items.

Wow, incredible service — ordered one burger, got a completely different one, and of course, no receipt so I can’t even get my points. I guess accuracy and receipts are considered “optional” here. Maybe next time I should just order something random since that’s what I’ll get anyway.
