I really want to like this store. When it's good it's very good; people are friendly, food is hot. But it's so inconsistent! Tonight placed my order, 3 finger with slaw instead of toast. Couldn't hear half of what the drive thru girl said but fine I pulled forward. Get there and they're charging me for a caniac, no big, Jorge the cashier is nice, fixes it, even let's me take the large drink (I wanted a medium but they already made it). Got my meal and it was made wrong - I ended up with toast and no slaw. The worst part is there's like yelling and cackling coming from the kitchen, managers nee

Went thru - drive thru 2 orders going on at the same time!! loud noise! Young girl in drive thru talks to much and doesn’t listen I ordered 3 meals all large drinks, repeated 3x’s because it’s a lot of noise going on and can’t hear yourself talk. She gave one large drink and two regular drink drinks. Bread was soggy and under toasted 🤮 Then girl with red dyed colored hair threw ketchup at us and gave me a look like I was bugging her for asking .
