We worked with Pedro who went above and beyond to make sure our order and end to end experience was perfect. I cannot thank him enough and I would highly recommend dining here (IMO, it’s the cleanest and best operating IHOP in the city) and ordering catering through this location.

All the staff here are very friendly and attentive. Our waitress was a young lady with black hair, unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name. She was very friendly and made My family feel at home. The food was also great.

Amaaaaazing service. I don't know the servers name, I don't remember it, but she made my night! She was obviously going through something, but she treated us with such care :) the kitchen was very behind and waffles took ages though, but they got em out. Would go again, definitely best in chi
