This location was possibly understaffed for a week day. Tables not tended to .Food arrives 30 minutes after order is placed with items forgotten… Floor is littered around tables and in bathroom.Cheese cake was a strange mix of delicious and foul.

Overall, I like this spot. Its nothing spectacular but the food is tasty, fresh, abd they have a lot of options for every palette. The service is average to below average especially when its busy. Some of the workers are friendly snd some aren't. If you're hoping to go somewhere to hsve your hair blown back, this isnt the spot, but it certainly isn't bad at all and you wont br disappointed.

Came in on a Friday night, thought it was gonna be slammed but we got sat fast. Can’t remember our servers name but she was great, answered all my questions.. she had glasses and curly Hair very nice lady.. we got the $20 for 2 and our wings were kind of old but sauces were good. Wedges and tots were up to par.. overall clean and good vibe.. the house marg could’ve been stronger wanted to catch a buzz.

Very disappointed. I love BWW and mostly have a good experience at my usual locations which are Romeoville, Bolingbrook and Plainfield. We came here because it was closer this time to where we were but this location did not live up to the standard. Service was slow but also fast in the same time. So they were fast to greet us but then took forever to bring us drinks. Then food came suspiciously fast but they were nowhere to be found for refills. We think they just have extra food prepared lying around as our wings were cold when they arrived at our table. Needless to say we could not finish th
