Wendy’s is the only place that listens when I ask for extra onions. The customer service is great, the staff are always so cheerful and friendly. The burger tastes satisfying, way better than most fast food places. Who ever manages this location is doing an excellent job. Their location on lake street is convenient for locals, but it’s not their fault that people going through a difficult time in life also frequent this Wendy’s. I mainly do drive through orders so this doesn’t affect my experience.

Got a son of baconator.... The patties were almost paper thin. Anyone remember Wendy's old "Where's the beef" commercials? Apparently McDonald's can get back at them now cause their patties are definitely bigger today.

Very unprofessional and loud service. Arturo was rude, threw food at a customer, and served burned food. He also slammed the window whenever customers asked for simple things like ketchup. Others were laughing instead of helping, which made it worse. The customer ended up leaving to avoid escalation. I do not recommend this place at all. Completely unacceptable experience.

The person on the drive-thru intercom kept saying, "anything else?" It was like they were rushing us to get our order done. There are different ways to phrase things instead of rushing your customers. There were 3 of us in the vehi le and we all knew what we wanted before we pulled up. Don't rush your customers and use some manners.
