This was the best dinner I've had in Longmont. Period. We had the Oysters and Shrimp to start. The Oysters were from the east coast, they were very fresh with lots of meat. The Shrimp was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice. Then we had the Lamb and Sea Bass. Colorado is known for lamb, and they couldn't have cooked it more perfectly. It was a perfect medium rare and the polenta was creamy and delicious. The Sea Bass was lightly pan fried and golden brown, with plenty of moisture inside. (Which means they fried it perfectly btw.) I can't wait to go back!

This was my first time but it will definitely not be my last! I had a fantastic dinner by myself. The sweet potato and red pepper soup starter was delicious. I also had the rack of lamb with miso polenta, Asian slaw, and wasabi meringue, overall it was a fantastic dish - a little sweet, could use some acid. The housemade limoncello was also phenomenal. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back and try the Sea Bass.

Ordered the Sizzin Shrimp. It was disgusting. While it was "sizzling", it was covered in black char (so bad for you) and soaking, literally soaking, in grease. While the service was great, best part of the meal was the bread served with the wine before we even ordered. My friend didn't eat her meal either. Won't be back.

Everyone in the building is friendly, sincere and helpful from the owner to the hostess and every server and bartender. The staff feels close knit probably due to extremely low turnover. I love everything here, especially the extremely well priced bistro steak. But it is their incredible Happy hour that keeps me coming back. Oysters, French fries, soup du jour and a martini are my standard order and the bartenders mostly see me coming and have my martini in the shaker.
