in drive thru, i ordered big country burrito, i waited over five mins, then she said ,oh i thought he already took care of you. then the big country burrito did not have ham and bacon bits.. i felt cheated.

Honestly, it was pretty clean for a fast food place. I didn't like that the bathrooms were dirty, so -1 star, but overall, the food was OK ig for a Carla junior 😅. I usually never eat here cus it is kinda pricy. I ordered 1 burger, no meal, and spent $12 😅 I will prolly go again, eventually tho

Worst customer service imaginable.. Terry overcharged me and refused to give the difference was forced to return my order due to his inhospitality! Returning fast food is crazy to say the least but I will not support or spend money where I’m being treated like I’m in the wrong for addressing their issue..

I ordered a Western Bacon Chicken burger with extra cheese, but instead of adding it, they replaced it. And instead of BBQ sauce like it says in the description, they loaded it with extra ketchup. Total disaster.
