I ordered my pizza to the Marcos app. They said it was gonna be approximately one hour pizza took an hour and a half to get here and when I got here, it was being delivered by a DoorDash or which threw me off and three people in her car with her, she took the pizza off the passenger that was sitting with her in the car brought it to me. The pizza had looked like it had been messed with because pieces have been taken out of the assorted spots and moved around, and I noticed that there were two wings missing too. Can't place an order always rejected. Took money from my account anyway. Called store spoke to manager he said no order there called me liar said I was trying to get free food. An hour later the pizza showed up. After he said he couldn't find it

4 out of 5 times picked up pizza to see it was burnt. The first time we called and was given a free pizza which was appreciated but not looking to receive free pizza; just not a burnt one! People work too hard to be given food that is not edible. Who wants to only eat toppings and have to throw away the rest? Time to take our hard earned money elsewhere...... So disappointed! The photo provided was from the most recent but actually have received even more burnt ones in the past.

Bad service waited almost 2 hours for a delivery called and they the order was on the way but still waited another hour would not recommend this marcos to anyone piss poor service they need to restaff the store will never order anything from them again
