My wife, my son and me came for dinner. The dining room was extremely clean. David was at the front counter and greeted us as soon as we walked in. His customer service was top notch! Im old school and always appreciate good customer service because it is almost non existent anywhere you go nowadays. When we finished he even came over to our table and offered to clear it off for us. Very nice guy!!! Food was delicious!!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

Wing Shack has been a staple for me for as long I can remember, but today something stood out enough for me to finally write a review. His name is Jimi. His tremendous customer service through out the phone order and payment in the store was incredibly genuine. Wings were amazing as always. He was on point with up selling and friendly service. The manager Jessica came out and visited with us at our table and was very welcoming. Never been to a Wingshack before and was a little confused by the Menu and ordering process (I was tired from travel, hungry, and out of patience and just wanted to get some food and get back to my hotel!). A guardian angel (Olivia...I think?) stepped in, got me squared away quickly and sent me on my way with a bag-o-wings. After the day I had had, a bright smile, cheerful attitude, great service, and a pile of good wings were desperately needed!
