This was a horrible experience my fries were extra greasy and refried so stale, the pizza was old dough and so thin you wouldn’t even believe it was pizza. And to top it off I was told no Supervisor or manager was able to talk to me they don’t always work apparently so Definitely will not be going back and so not recommend it to anyone

I came from Methuen ( in literally the woods) about 6 or 7 years ago when a tree fell in my home, the house got condemned and demolished.y kids and i had to stay with my parents for 8 months until i found a home in Lowell. Staff is very nice, but that’s where the good ends. Hubby’s American sub definitely didn’t have as much meat and cheese in it as other shops in the area, sweet potato fries were cold and soft, not crispy at all. But the worst thing for me was the chicken salad wrap and I can honestly say I’ve never in my life had chicken salad like this. Apparently, they mix breadcrumbs and seasonings with mayo and then they mix the chicken in with that. I come in here weekly for a steak and cheese sub. It's delicious and priced right. It's a small, family owned restaurant run by a family who truly cares about their customers and their food. I'm glad I found this place. I'm stoked I can help support a local, family run resraurant. Especially a place run by such wonderful people.
