We went to this Sonic last weekend and ordered a normal order for two people. They were busy but not insanely busy. We sat there and waited and waited and watched people who came way after we did get food and leave multiple times. We kept waiting patiently assuming they were short staffed. However, 45 minutes later we were STILL sitting there waiting on our food. By this time we were very upset and our patience was gone. I hit the red button and asked where our food was. I was told just a min. So, I waited another 10 mins. Nothing....I hit the button again. I was ignored. Hit it again.

This would now be the 2nd time I've come here, placed an order then don't get my food or refund. Either they don't have products or machines are broken. Then won't give a refund and just tell you to call and complain or get something else in place of. Same type thing at the other location in town. Call the number and after long hold times and just ended calls no answers. Don't waste time or money and just go somewhere else. -Update- Customer service returned my call and completed the same form, by asking questions, that I filled out online. Love me some sonic especially them onion rings, they didn't have some today , but the salesperson came and talk to me which that was very nice ... not to much disappointment, very happy customer

Waited for 18 minutes to get our mobile order - lg chocolate shake and lg root beer. Chocolate shake wasn't even mixed up and stuff all over the outside of the cup. No napkins either. Luckily we carry some. Won't go to this one again
